If you are new to the business, or you close less than 10 transactions a year, we will pay you 70% of the gross commission.  Agents who close 10 or more transactions a year will be paid 80%.  Once an agent has generated $20k in company income for the calender year, they will be paid 90% for the remainder of that year.
#3	Residual Income Bonus Plan All Agents shall have the opportunity to earn income as a result of their successful recruiting efforts.  For every agent which they Refer & Recommend, and which we hire at Congressional Residential Realty, the Referral Agent shall qualify for Residual Income.  The Residual Income will be 3% of the GROSS COMMISSION INCOME  of each closed transaction by the new Referred Agent.  There is NO LIMIT as to the number of Agents you can recruit and the amount of income you can earn! The Residual Income will continue as long as both Agents remain with the Company.
